- Instructions for use for the bust lift adhesive: without removing the adhesive, you can measure it over your bust and if necessary, trim the ends to reduce them. 1. Remove the protective paper from the adhesive only at the ends as you see in the image. 2. With the straight side facing down, stick the adhesive ends over the center of the bust, on either side of the nipple. 3. Completely remove the protective paper and take the adhesive by pulling up your skin to raise your bust, then completely stick the adhesive to your skin.
- Instructions for the nipple shield: You must put them on after having the adhesive on lifts bust 1. Peel the adhesive nipple shield from the protective paper. 2. Place the round non-woven fabric protector over the center of the nipple shield. 3. Glue the nipple shield in the center of the bust to cover the nipple.
