- Instructions for push-up tape: Before you take it off the protective paper, measure it against your chest. If necessary, you can cut off any excess material. Once cut into the right size, follow these steps. 1. Take off the protective paper just on the edges as shown in the image. picture. 2. With the straight part on the bottom, stick the adhesive ends over the center of the bust, on either side of the nipple. 3. Completely remove the protective paper and pull the tape up and onto your skin to lift the bust. Then, stick all of the tape onto your skin.
- Instructions for nipple covers: Put these on after you've applied the push-up tape. 1. Detach the adhesive nipple cover from the protective paper. 2. Place the round unwoven fabric protector over the center of the nipple cover. 3. Stick the nipple cover over the nipple.
